The 2 Billion shares Authorized that's showing on the Nevada SOS is incorrect its much smaller, Jim will be looking into this to have it fixed. He couldn't say what the authorized is because they are looking at several companies to acquire and may have to increase it to acquire these companies to add value to DVFA.

Shares outstanding is 2,000,000 and 500,000 of that is locked up and no insiders are selling. No 144 paperwork has been filed.

As far as 504 paper, he's been approached but has refused to go that route, as it would only dilute the shareholders.
