Dear Mr. XXXX (thats' the fringe)

We are putting La Playa and its subsidiary, Coastal Broadband into Podium Venture Group so there are real, operating revenues in Podium. Coastal Broadband has been in business since 2002 and would not be considered a start-up at this point in my estimation.

As stated before, the new direction is to bring real operating companies into PodiumVG to hopefully bring value to the shareholders.
