For that I blame Wilf, he doesnt care about the stock price while dumping millions and millions for chump change! IMO, he should have spent more time raising the PPS up therefore selling a whole lot LESS stock for same amount of money! Why didnt he sell 4 million @.16 rather than 80million @.009? Remember, Wilf said "Tightly held shares" in the introduction.

Its reasoning like that that makes me wonder about Wilf!
