The UN presents another divisive point between the left and the right.

The left appear to be interested in handing over soveriegnity of the USA (or much of it) to UN control. See Kyoto agreement. The UN plan for "sustainability" of planet Earth is truly a scary document, one that gets no press, and is championed by liberals.

The right OTOH we would like to secede from the UN entirely. We do not wish for the control of the US govt to be handed over to an organization compised largely of 3rd world dictators.
