Yes, Shareholders of BICO were awarded monetary compensation....I have the papers somewhere (I never filed myself, although I should have)....I am certain that it was far less than what I lost....and in that case, the CEO defrauded the shareholders by announcing completed deals that were never signed/completed.

It will be very difficult to win against JF/GZFX...everything has been in the filings especially when it comes down to the SB-2/SB-2A agreement and even its eventual outcome (hundreds of billions of shares owed)!
