So... You think Fluffy's PR is more reliable than court records? He did sue the SEC, and the suit was dismissed. In 2004.

For 17 years, Universal Express' filings were approved by the SEC.

What BS. The SEC doesn't "approve" filings. They do comment on, and declare effective, Forms 10 and SB-2s. That's all.
