Too bad so many folks did "rush" to pull certs. Can't blame them though. Press release stated they could make over a penny a share if they converted to PDRs. They could sell those PDRs and their money would be wired transfered to their bank accounts. Are those statements considered the mistakes he don't want to make again going forward? What does he need to "get it right? Mike needs to be able to convince the protector (Pedro)that funds must be accessible to shareholders. If he can't convince Pedro, then what?
