I guess the 8K shows what some of us have been posting for a while now....that Pandey is out all together. Not even on the BOD! Not too happy with this 8K though. BigD you posted that you thought they were CASH FLOW positive for the last few months? If so then WHY is the company now offering to drop the CONVERT PRICE FOR BASU GROUP to only .01?? If they had any money then they could PAY the 8% owed to the holders I would think. This sucks imo. The 150 days is up around when the 10Q Grace Period is up hmmmm?? Means they or some can start selling shares. The Company better put out something BIG SOON!!!!
