Guardian, the last time I talked to Christian

he told me that the Canadian GAAP work was done but that the
auditing firm had to get certified by the SEC in order for the
statements to be filed. It wasn't expected to take that long.

Also, the main guy, Jamie Dryer, working on TAKDF at National Financial Communications is on vacation until Monday so there won't be much action in the market until he gets back.

Next week things will look better.
