TDW says they cannot get the 205 shares. So this seems like a revolving door. Comapany wont tell TA to release 205's. TDW tells me they cant trade until 205's are sent to them.

Am I guaranteed to get the 205's when they are released by the TA? If TDW never gets the 205's is it their fault? Will I be sitting on the sidelines wathing this sky rocket or drop like a lead ballon.

How will 205's be distributed to all the brokers who hold 106's?
