Eik, I have thought about this for a while, I wonder if they will do a completely new ticker symbol and issue new shares when this deal goes through? This will kind of look like a reverse merger, they will keep the shares down (100 mill or lower)and uplist (or IPO)?? I do not think this is a bad thing, It will distance them further from NDOL. We (shareholders) will own less shares of the new company, but the question is, will it be healthy for us in the long run, I think so???

The alternative would be to reverse split, try to get the uplist and keep the same ticker, which I do not like......
