Sux that 15 days earlier, they pumped it with the "34% increase in revenue" before releasing financials that showed more than 11 million in losses, and now an SB-2 that looks like they are diluting to pay the bills.

Correct me if I am wrong as I only glanced at this stuff when updating the IBOX.
