They probably cured the deliquency in March 2006......so that when they filed the REGDEX filing in Sept 2006......the SEC would allow it. Notice how right after they filed the SEC REGDEX filing,,,,they went delinquent.

I just see a loophole.........to have a corporation that is current, and then merges into another corporation........and then that succeeding corporation sells stock in the US markets, and scams people, while the original corporation was only valid temporaily, and never killed. Because if NetCert corporation was dissolved in Colorado, someone would argue in a court of law, that the REGDEX filing NetCert filed is void.

So, they sell stock for about 1year,,,,,and create a PUMP and DUMP scheme.

Is this what is going on?
