Well, it seems clear from these few words that we're talking acquisition here, and not merger.

Also, it says that CVIA is helping CG toward their IPO. Apparently CG has decided to go for their own offering, rather than being bought out.

The rest of the story as it unfolds should be interesting. About time.

I'm in for 15,000 more today. No-brainer.
