Every single shareholder needs to e-mail J.F. and demand to know what advertising/marketing is in the works for the holiday period which is almost upon us. I will be e-mailing today. I will be polite but to the point. This has just got to the point of complete absurdity...J.F just seems to think word of mouth will grow the business. Why then do Blockbuster, Netflix and Gamefly have to use blanket advertising on a daily basis to keep their existing subscribe base and continue to find new customers...wait a minute, they are real companies, in the real world, not some fantasy land in Franklin ,KY where J.F is playing at being CEO. JMHO
