I don't think 150 pictures or so out of 100K members is that much...(0.15%).....maybe you should redo the free membership if they submit pictures deal.........3/6 months or so.......Once they get used to membership privileges, signups will skyrocket, and you can all retire and go fishing........I'll take 10% of one months dues for signups over and beyond the average, as comp for coming up with the idea......z
