Hello every1, I'm a newbie at personal investing so my opinion may be more of a question than a comment.
Anywho, I too was "bull headed" when I purchased IPKL stocks a while ago where I was learning HOW to invest from an On-line broker. However, unbeknownst to me at time of stock purchase, this Ipackets company has outstanding potentials. After long hours of research, I learned that this company's product is very much required EVERYWHERE there are mining safety concerns. I saw the big picture filled with long term astronomical profits.
I bear you no bull
PROS:
Federal Laws will mandate that by 2009, http://www.aggman.com/articles/rocklaw06.htm, mining may not likely be permissible at various debts without adequate protective gear to the likes of products marketed by ipackets.
In forecast, possibly on or after 2009, companies like ipackets may likely explode Upwards off the charts. However, whether any (real)monetary gains for current investors likely occur sooner than 2009, remains questionable. Who knows.
But if you’re IN now, you stand a good chance of being well rewarded and as with ALL forms gambling, nothing is guaranteed.
Speculatively, as 3rd world countries become "Modernized" (by USA’s definition) , so will their developmental demands. -More Mining -required. More ipacket –like products required FOR those miners and likely more capital growth for investors.
Let me be psychotic and say, with serious future the plans on mining the MOON –(filled with raw and rare minerals like those here on earth) and other planets (MARS) in the works, (heh, there goes my credibility)
–or maybe not -> http://aerospacescholars.jsc.nasa.gov/HAS/cirr/em/6/6.cfm, one can only wonder whether the ipackets stocks or whatever company what’s selling similar/related products, will literally be “out of this world” thus yielding investors with staggering returns.
CONS:
Now as for this merger (buyout) –sellout or whatever it’s called, this may yield high profits –OR- high losses for current investors. No one (outside the loop) likely knows this yet, -to date of this entry.
It’s plausible to consider the number of stocks likely held by OTC investors, given the long standing average price per share, that too many hands may be in the pot. (so to speak) –so much so, that up on sales, (cashing in) the company’s own profit margin may likely be challenged, Whereas, providing this so-called “cash lump sum” to current OTC stock holders, may be cloaking a self saving business move to keep monies packed in ipacket’s pocket .
((Theirs nothing really wrong with this move, if this is the case and it’s legal, in a business sense)). In other words, buy us out cheap NOW, -BEFORE the bulls rush in, LATER.
PROS:
On the other hand, the current share holders may be rewarded for their vested capital, which fundamentally played an ideal roll in ipackets over-all operational costs.
Morally, this cannot be ignored or down-paid
I will be monitoring their move (including the company they’re virtually selling all their assets to)
In either case, as I look up at the stock clouds, I smell a bull run in the air.
(or is that a bear in bull clothing)
