I think you miss the point. It will become self evident in the coming months as the suits continue to mount.

John Burge is not the one to focus on. He is out of the picture. The topic of John Burge here is more a red herring than anything else.

That is all I feel comfortable saying for now. I have re-evaluated my strategy here and I have been converting from the long hold mentality to one of flipping.

Believe me I was once one of the hard core LONGS and would defend anything they did or "didn't do".

Making excuses for the failures of a company is just as bad as pumping the lump. This company has been doing the same thing for years and the rises and declines will continue on a regular basis no matter what we say here.
