Jag,

I agree with you that an earnings PR before the 10K would be nice to bring in new investors "if" there are earnings. How-
ever I also feel that the 10K is a good place to go to look for updated or possibly new information on FASC for us existing investors. I would not necessarily be looking for
things to pump FASC in the 10K but Facts either way.

Of course.... a good report in a 10K would always be welcome.
