On August 15, 2007 the Company (ONEV) signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with
Intel Corporation in which both companies will work together to add One Voice's
voice technology to a Linux based handheld device. The Company sees a potential
opportunity with this mass consumer electronics (CE) device and will apply the
necessary resources to co-develop this project.

Wow and on September 18, 2007 the USA INtel Developers Forum starts. Bashers and paint tapers will be hard at work this week. Its ashame how many adults lie for a living.
