Actually that's exactly what the M&Ms do!!! The double book on the OTC, allows the M&Ms to see the build, in one direction or the other. Then they can buy or sell, infront of the retail order book and release the hold! This is how the darkside of the OTC works.

Here is an old artical showing some facts about the M&Ms & the OTC. They have had years to prefect the game! Read and learn. LOL One little guy couldn't make spit trading this. But M&Ms with millions of shares being traded could!!
