I think it's crazy to have conference calls every week but that is just another example of how Wilf tries to be forthcoming and open and how it backfires on him. He considers himself having an open conversation with friends and the listeners view his word as the gospel. Cut out the calls, hold the PR until their is enough PR to turn and maintain momentum.
