I’m trying to figure out how ' SEC trying to run away ... has anything to do with the press release. lol

I agree, looks as if RA is just digging his hole deeper. Just more of the same ranting and raving about NSS, some so far uncollectible lawsuit from a bankrupt company with the operator in jail - And he continues down the same path of blaming everyone else for the company’s failures.

No one has stopped him from filing any appeals ...Yet he has not filed?

If RA files an appeal - The appeal will have nothing to do with the incoming receiver as far as I understand

Any thoughts on the receiver
