Cash......so the UBDE shareholder holding the spinoff shares has to wait for an ipo of this new spinoff company? And it is quite risky right? Where does the $20 valuation come in? I'm not really finding anything other than the last pr and A-trade didn't have any info. Thanks for your reply!
