The transfer agent for EAGM, Signature Transfer, reported the attempt to change the corporation name, corporate officers and address of corporate headquarters in Toronto,... during a telephone call between myself and the agent. All of this info is contained in EAGM posts #7892, through #7908, on 5/22/07.

Another EAGM associate discovered, from the same transfer agent, that the change had transpired, during a telephone call with the agent. All of this info is contained in EAGM posts # 8214 through #8228, dated 8/23 through 8/25/07.

I know that this info relates to EAGM, however if your eyes are open here at MGMX, as to how these slippery Colombian Gold mines seem to operate, you will see that it just might be happening here at MGMX, to your stock and your money.
