Discussions have dried up here. Below is my opinion of what needs to happen in the next three or four quarters to avoid you know what.

Sales: $1.50 Million
COGS: $1.08 Million - 72%
G.M.: $ .42 Million - 28%
SG&A: $ .42 Million - 28%
N.I. $ .00 Breakeven

For $1.5 Million in Sales, we'll need about 3,000 units sold per quarter including accessories. Price will need to come down a little and therefore we won't see any G.M. percentage saving. SG&A will need to stay under $420K a quarter.

This is just my opinion of course.
