If you look at all the Reverse Merger plays lately, alot of them have been taken over by people like Mark Smith, Michael Anthony, and others by owning nomimal amount of shares in the company, then going to the courts claiming that the company is inactive, dormant, and abandoned.
Then they get the courts to appoint them as directors, ceo's etc and they take over ownership of the companies.

Can we do this with ACMG?

Does no TA, no office, no corporate phone or email, no news or contact with a company since March 23, 2007 constitute an abandoned company?

I bet for $300-$500 we could ask a lawyer and find out if we could take control
