I would read the June 7th press release on ABSY's website to see why there would be no mention on the GD website.

A google search uncovered this:

In late 2005, the Company acquired the assets of JavaPRO Solutions Inc. a technology company with unique expertise in developing specialized software and RFID solutions for retail customers.

This is off ABSY's website:

In 2003, Mr. Frabasile combined his retail and software expertise with evolving RFID technologies and founded JavaPRO Solutions who's assets were acquired by AbsoluteSKY, Inc. in November 2005
