Very unlikely.
The inclusion of Spooz (really wonder if a buy-out is in the works here) will strengthen TT's suits agains brokerages infringing on TT's patents, and, since I would gather that 95% (or more) of the exchanges and brokerages uses excel for their spread sheets and information collection, now I believe it might be easier for the exchanges to submit to the override than to fight the patents. If done and TT allows all to use their service and tools, it seems a much sounder avenue. TT's revenues would probably quadruple from their current levels and be entrenched as the Number 1 service and way above anyone else in revenues. With the possibility of spooz creating exchange markets and private industries looking for a way to sell/buy private stock, spooz software, with that abililty in the future, is almost too big to imagine.
