Maybe the increased share count is the very reason for what is in those claims. Berman may know there is tangible value and once the extracted uranium - a highly governmental controlled mineral - hits the surface, he is expecting a wave of investors piling in. I know I am being positive minded, but didn't that occur to anyone? It was the first thing that hit my mind, considering Berman has followed through in the past with a 90% score card for RSDS. There has always been a few grey spots and silent stretches, but doesn't he usually come throuhg in the end? This move was definately an eyeopener, but I am still confident it will have its purpose, benefiting the shareholders nonetheless.
