Re: the super-consortium, my guess is that Addax will prove to be perfectly competent to drill its own deep ocean blocks in partnership with Sinopec and ERHC.

The was an investment banker with the pen name of ______speculator or daytrader, I don't rememeber his exact name, who had all sorts of posts, predictions, contacts with Pres. Menzes and other experts and who disappeared from the boards after awards.

I sort of wonder if he could be related ot Richkans??

My guess re: the EEL delay is that their new principal partner has had problems coming up with the required cash.
