Why can't SPZI file on time? They seem to have the money, means and reputation to file with the SEC on a regular basis. Or do they?
Why is there no firm making a market for this company? If you look at pinksheets.com, you see that there is a big ol' ugly WARNING sign to that effect and to beware. There are other pinksheet stocks that file on time and have firms soliciting orders. They are vertified as "PS" or current information. Why can't SPZI take the time, money and effort to be certified as a kosher stock.
Check out pinksheets.com please and type in EFGO: WARNING!
TIA
ps: clearing this up would make potential investors much less jittery and would only increase Spooz's profile and reputation.
Is there something wrong with Spooz?
