It may be old, but it shows the process of 2 levels, of order books, in the OTC, only. This is why M&Ms can manipulate the stock price so easy. They see orders before the electronic, exchange does!!!

Which allows the market makers to hold or execute retail orders on their desk, first. Evaluated retail wants, signal the open market, with small volume closes and buy before or sell before, the retail order book is released into the open market.

Why I place orders the night before & don't change them. My order goes into the open market first thing in the morning and can't be manipulated, by a M&M buying or selling before me, on the electronic exchange.

I'm in line, before they get there, and before they release retail later.

Posted about this before. EX: They see ask building, signal with small close at ask, and can buy before the ask shows up on the exchange. Then release their higher ask book, with their accumulation in front and sell before retail.

Also why you see so many stall periods, in trading, on the OTC. EX: Trading is moving along at a steady clip. Then all of a sudden, trades stop for 10 minutes. and start with a high volume surge.

Just M&M holding orders to see which way retail wants to go!! Buys or sells first! Then releases the new order book. IMO

Form under my darkside tinfoil hat!! Try and prove it.
