Gregory, I do know that Wilf was selling stock at a discount. Where he got it I have no idea. DPBM owed me a thousand dollars in expenses last summer and I ask Wilf to pay me in stock. ( That's when I still believed in the company). He sold me 20 thousand free trading shares at 3 cents a share discount.
