i told amtd to their face that i believe it is them and etrade, who im also with, so i hate to upset them but i think they are tied in w/meryl lynch (spelling?) i dont know for sure,,, yet.. but i think if they extended the short cover deadline (rumor).. they have til thurs..

a couple of wednesdays ago, was deadline number 2 (rumor only). rumor has it that they got a 3rd extension and is why "that" wed never spiked as hoped.

awm on r/b was trying to find out with some contacts that he has, if more than 3 extensions can be approved.

there's my theory. so ill watch closely.

if its not to be, then its not to be, i dont care either way.. i just need to time all this better,, ill focus on that for now.

im learning that i have to say.. this is just my opinion.. from some dd i have done. i dont mean to slander anyone in my theory.

and please, just stop telling me that brokers cant be short.. i learned that the hundreds and hundreds of dollars i spent to amtd for buying and selling just tons of little stocks since 10/05 is NOT how they make their money. can you believe i first thought that me, the little customer, mattered to them,, but i learned that they DO and CAN short stocks just the same.

so, just save your breath on that one.. ok? i respect everything you guys say.. but i learned otherwise on this one topic.
