Maybe nobody knows anything. My bet is that nobody knows anything, except what the company has reported, so some are selling out of "panic." Me? I had a GTC order fill and picked up another 5K shares. Thank you. I have another 5K share order set for .40, so do your best cause I'd sure like to see that fill too.

I can guarantee you one thing .... If you have a GTC order sitting on some trader's desk, it WILL be filled.
I betcha if I put in a limit order @ 0.35 cents, I'll get filled.
In fact, I bet if I put in an order for 100K shares @ 0.11 cents, I'll get filled.
OTC MMs will run a stock into the ground to get it filled.
