a good friend that is very knowledgable and experianced said that these (penny plays) are usually good for about 90 days.then they play games .risky financing involving major dilution and reverse splits usually being the kiss of death .he also thought 485mil shares to be too much for an empty shell.personally i believe that when it is announced that the merger is done and there are revenues .10 to .50 will be the range.i don,t doubt that a feeding frenzy could run this to a buck but i believe they would then take a lot of peoples money by dropping it quick.
