you guys make me laugh.... The Kim's did not buy any of the .05 note with Calypso, they have made an equity private investment at .05, which will be restricted for 12 months per rule 144. The investors that have the note are not going to take the patent away from the company, it was put in place for the Diac suit. If he wins the case, then he would have to pay off these notes before he could take the patent.

By the end of Sept. we should know where we stand. The depo's will be done....and we should know what Nokia is wanting to do with us.......... Either this company will grow to have a market cap in the billion's or it will be a p o s.
