I built a house in 2003 and sold it in May 2005 here in Tampa. Been renting a nice house that a flipper built but can't flip and am basically living off the interest from my house sale. Unfortunately I think even with all the Bernanke mumbo jumbo and the calls for rate cuts and subprime help etc- this country is in for a lotta hurt. Especially here in Florida. I'm hoping that the money guys try and float the market this fall and then I plan to be in cash for the foreseable future. Hopefully there's a few more runs in the pennies for us all.! GL!
