You obviously still do not comprehend the organizational structure of all of the entities involved in this and what their roles are.

The company, represented by PNMS, is located in Dallas, TX, not Panama.

The foundation, is not a public company, but a PRIVATE INTEREST FOUNDATION. It is not even remotely similar to an American foundation. There is no need for an office, or a sign for Fundacion Pan America. Do you have an office and a sign for your 401(k) or your IRA? Not the company that is holding them, but for the investment tools themselves. No, you do not. In the same fashion, there is no office or sign necessary for the foundation. It is a tool to protect assets. It is not an operating company.
