The only Blended aggregate that uses limestone that Poland Imports that even approaches $44 per ton is Portland Cement.
Also with the statement from the company regarding crushing
limestone this sounds feasable.
I did a little research on World Portland demand and it is "HUGE" in Poland

Do a Google search with "Poland Portland cement clinker buy 2007" and you will find buyers for Hundreds of Millions of tons
in Poland bitting at the bit for this material.
It goes for anywhere from $37 to $49 per ton and "THEY" will pay the frieght.
