My guess is that the shares are:

RESTRICTED (ONE YEAR)
HAVE A VALUE OF ABOUT 1/20th OF EACH SHARE OF OSSG. With OSSG at .015, that would make the value of the distribution about $.00075 per OSSG share!

I would love someone to prove me wrong?
