Jim,
we paid $275,000 for Venture oil,and have to send them money every month to function.V.O. plans to go public to raise their own cash ,and we'll get 75% of those shares.Office Management is to do the same,and we'll get 60% of those shares,so we don't have to keep draining the bank acct.
Might be a month before the suite is settled
