Because QTN Asia shares the same name as QTN. There had to be a reason. You can not use a company's name without paying something for it. In some way. Thus there was a connection between QTN and QTN asia. Thus something was exchanged for that right. We owned QTN so then the question is what was paid and how much are we owed
