No I am not familiar with this type of reporting. I take it
that it's a literary device some new school journalists use
to sex up their work, BBC style perhaps? Like a journalist
reporting that a thousand U.S. soldiers were killed today
in a road side bombing in Iraq? Ooops not really, it was
just three, just trying to make a point or pump an agenda.

Sorry, once my BS detector reaches a certain threshold the
