I am not making any assumptions on how that would affect the industry or investor confidence . I am relaying what my attorney told me. No matter what my principle and some interest are due me at the very least.
There may be additional damages I might claim in excess of my investment, I sleep easy knowing that my $$$ aren't lost and I have the chance of seeing real BCIT shares that could potentially make me millions.
