Then, we would be sunk. The stock IS trading at enterprise value right now. Flooding the market with shares would kill the liquidity of this stock. Remember how long it took CHUD to get rid of his shares (weeks)? With the flooding of the market with shares like this, there would be no market to sell your shares.
