Wow. I completely misread that. Now that I reread it, it seems Wilf actually did a good service, correct? He pledged shares for a loan the company didn't pay. Consequently, he lost that money (the company didn't reissue shares back to him).

Did I get that right?

I see what you are saying about the trip to China. It all looks good on paper, but whether or not that trip was "necessary" is an interesting thought. If not, it would provide reasons for concern. On the other hand, who would want to take a vacation in China? Not me. :)
