Doubloon - I think I will follow your advice and try to have a conversation with Charles Hanson. I believe that "the truth will set you free"--so will as honestly and accurately as I can report back my personal impressons of my conversation with Mr. Hanson.

I am hoping that all posters here, including Dragan, are free to respond to what I report back. The reality is that whether we are positive or negative on this company and its present situation, the "proof will be in the pudding".

I learn best when all points of view can be expressed and weighed together. I believe in the concept here. Obesity and diabetes are at epidemic proportions, and at their highest incidence levels with the black and latino population. As a diabetic who did research in weight control here at a mid-western university, I have a very personal interest.

As a prospective investor again in MLTO am hoping all views will be tolerated. I want to weigh everyone's opinons and observations, and use this to help make my own investment decision. Waitedg
