I believe Commercial Concepts is CMEC, and Wilf acknowledged that he was a part of this company on the old blog. There was a short spat where Mike tried to point out that another of Wilf's companies bit the dust. Wilf said he took the stock to a dollar something when he was the lead.

Hmmm... so he issued stock to himself without asking the board of directors... interesting...

That action speaks for itself. I don't even need to comment any further on it. :)
